Virtual Centralized Solution For MAJU

The growing number of students in Mohammad Ali Jinnah University has created the need for equipment or such a technology through which they can be reliably educated. The existing methodology of having a projector screen in every class is quite dependent and causes a great number of problems to arise. The approach that was followed was to initially visit all the classes and seek out the reviews of students and teachers to highlight the ease and difficulties of teaching through projectors. Thus, the scope of this project was designed, and a virtual centralized solution was proposed. In accordance with what was found as a result of survey, our findings indicated that students and teachers both had the same issue that was wastage of precious time during the projector settings, configurations and coping with the screen behavior. This report aims to present the methodology that was used to solve the problems efficiently and highlight the project plan and some discussions regarding the issues that were encountered during the preparation of solution.
